is subject to availability.

must be received in advance to guarantee a reservation.
Rates
and designated season as reflected are subject to change
with or without prior notice.
Operator
accepts no liability for any losses, accident, expenses,
delay or other irregularity resulting from activities the
participant undertake willing or unwillingly.
Booking deposits & payment:
Reservation
are subject to availability and a minimum of 50% of total
fare is require upon booking.
The
balance of payment is to be made 14 days or 2 weeks before
departure, otherwise booking will be auto canceled without
further notice.
Cancellation terms (prior to departure):
Full
payment of total tour fare chargeable must be made 2 weeks
or 14 days prior date of departure.
The
cancellation ruling may differ and will not follow agreements
made with the hotels and apartments involved, in the case
of any dispute; the decision for any refund that does not
confirm to the rules above is at the discretion of the management.
Non
refundable of 30% of total tour fare, balance 70% are as
follows:
- 50% of total tour fare chargeable in 3 weeks prior date
of departure.
- 80% of total tour fare chargeable in 2 weeks prior date
of departure.
-100% of total tour fare chargeable less than 2 weeks prior
date of departure.
